Bradford wins HSJ: Digitising Patient Care Award

Limbic is proud to celebrate our partners at Bradford District and Craven Talking Therapies, who have won the Digitising Patient Care Award at the 2025 HSJ Awards.

In its 45th year, the HSJ Awards recognises teams and individuals who are driving innovation and improving patient outcomes across the UK.

This year's competition was fierce, with 1,250 entries received and 246 organisations shortlisted. After two rigorous rounds of judging by more than 200 respected healthcare leaders, Bradford was selected as the winner based on five key criteria: ambition, outcome, spread, value, and stakeholder involvement.

Enhancing the patient experience in Talking Therapies with clinical AI

Bradford has digitally transformed its Talking Therapies services by introducing AI-powered tools that increase access, personalise care, and optimise clinical capacity. The Trust's Talking Therapies implemented Limbic Access and Limbic Care to deliver streamlined triage processes, reduced wait times, and improved engagement, particularly among those who needed support most.
