Since launching Limbic Access as their digital front door in October 2023, Bradford and Craven District Talking Therapies has increased self-referral access and reduced clinical admin time. Building on this success, the service integrated Limbic Care, a clinical AI care companion app, into 1:1 therapy and group sessions to enhance patient engagement throughout treatment.

Charlotte Elliott, a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner at Bradford, initially questioned the adoption of a new tool. Within months, her practice transformed.  She saw significant improvements in both clinician productivity and patient engagement: streamlined administrative workflows, enhanced accountability with visibility into patient homework completion, and improved patient satisfaction. Charlotte's journey from skeptic to advocate demonstrates how clinical AI can enhance, not replace, the therapeutic relationship while delivering measurable improvements in both clinician productivity and patient outcomes.
